A lot of people have had the habit of keeping pets from centuries although the choice and  selection might vary from one generation to the other. The reason is more often than not the love for animals that we all share. I am sure that most of you must have seen nearly all kinds of animals on the planet but I have for you here is a selection of some genetically altered animals, that when born, had not one but two heads. Two Headed Crocodile

I am going to start with the freakiest first and thus this two headed crocodile. It was found in Thailand and I would not like to go into the rest of the gory details!

Two Headed Turtle

Turtles being the most harmless creatures to ever roam the earth, are my all time favorite. This two headed turtle was found in a pet shop in Florida and then later send to an animal care shelter!

Two Headed Calf

This calf was born in the US and was named star due to the fact that despite two heads it had just on set of eyes! The calf now lives a healthy life!

Two Headed Kitten

This tiny little adorable creature that meows with both the mouths simultaneously but eats with only one, tops the list for me! It was born as a result of labor complications for a cat!

Two Headed Python

Ok now this is one scary looking snake which has not one but two heads as if one wasn’t already enough. Being 25 inches in length, this slithering beast was found in the zoo of Columbia.

Two Headed Pig

The Chinese think that pigs are God’s blessing so when this two headed thing popped out, it was actually celebrated as a multi-fold blessing!

Two Headed Gecko

I do not fancy things that are so lizard like so suffice to say that this was found in an antique shop in China and the slimy thing crawls when it feels the need to move!

Two Headed Lamb

This pretty little creature was born in Iceland and people had no idea how this miracle happened. Unfortunately for the little lamb, it had to be put down because it wasn’t even able to lift its own head!

Two Headed Grasshopper

The two headed grasshopper is actually not that rare a breed of grasshoppers and certainly not something that was a result of a weird experimentation. If they weren’t all jumpy, I would actually think this one is pretty!

Two Headed Fish

The fish that can be seen in the picture above was found by two young fisherman near Alberta. It seems that a mutation has gone horribly wrong and I wonder how many other like this little one are there!
