Concepts are concepts, right? I mean, it is open to changes the best way it would be in the future as earmarked by the bike(s) designers. The question is how good these bikes are to be able to measure up to the expectations of a layman street rider? Giving a hunky styling and carbon body is okay by the way, but what about the fuel crisis that's going to hit us hard in the near future? Yes,it is a dilemma until Mr. smart invented reliable substitutes. But the designers, unable to face this dilemma, should not take umbrage to the styling of the bikes alone instead. The idea of bike and how functionary it is to the bikers depended largely/and differ according to demographics, the depth of pocket linings, the economy and work ethics of different regions. The looks, stylings and materials of the above 10 bikes are incredible, but to be honest, none of them will be reliable economically and efficiently to the Indian mass and their functions will just puttered out in the Indian road. Before thinking of the compositions and aerodynamics of the products, the designers should be very very clear on the geographical nature, the people, their cultures, the infrasturcture of the regions ect. So, marketing research should be done foremost followed by product designs to fit into the parameters of given segments at any time. You people should do indepth research before coming up with the "concept bikes" ideas. If that is the case, then your bikes are not "concept bikes" but "concieve bikes". Com'on man, styling and looks are fad, but performance and adaptibility is intrinsic in the bike industry of today. And I think it will be judicious on our part if we give up the idea of "I can fool people". It is not the case anymore.

my pick would have to be the g-strider. real cool concept bike right there!
  • Frank
Crap. The only design concept here that looked even vaguely realistic doesn't even have wheel contact with the ground. What is it, a hover-bike?

I can't believe any company would release even images like this. Looks like the sort of fantasy shit I doodled in my notepads at school in the first few grades. Absolutely unrealistic.
  • Peraves Monotracer my favorite :D

The robotic Unicycle-super safe, you stay at home on the sofa while it goes for a ride by itself. Can it pop down to the shops for you? Very likely the way the sat-nav is already, although it may go the scenic route. There doesn't seem to be anywhere for the shopping though, maybe a pint of milk and the paper could be wedged in somewhere. Then rushed back to you at highway speeds... wow I'm looking forward to the future world already. It is about as useful as a Hardly AbleTo chopper. So I predict a lot of these around in 2025.
